The Young Ones

How do you take over the world? You get the rising generation to follow you. Now, of course you aren't always trying to take over the world, but still, it's never a bad idea to befriend younger people.

The thing is, they already look up to you whether you realize it or not. All you have to do is be nice to them and pay attention to them and they'll basically be your slaves (but of course you won't treat them like your slaves because that would ruin the entire point). The point to this isn't to manipulate people that are younger than you, the point is to unify people and improve them.

When you befriend people younger than you by listening to them, they will trust you and allow you to give them constructive criticism. When you listen to people they feel like you care which makes them feel good. When something happens that feels good, we want to repeat that feeling. We start associating that feeling as something that we like; as something that's cool. They like you and they like being around you because you make them feel cool. This feeling is something they want to be able to feel on their own, so they try to figure it out by emulating you; they see what you do and copy it because they've learned to associate you with cool.

Now that we've gotten to this point, it's important to make good use of what we have. Take the time to help and work with them. Use this as a chance to better yourself. Try to be someone worth emulating.
